OCD Week of Action
This week is OCD Week of Action, the perfect time to take part and make a difference! By just doing one small thing to cause a positive change about OCD, you can take part and help. OCD Week of Action was set up 5 years ago and the aim was to get the people to do one small thing about OCD and to raise as much awareness as possible in 1 week. Every year they reached more and more people by appearing on different media platforms alongside the people affected by the condition. The campaign aims to tackle the mental health stigma and help people through small acts throughout the week. You can get involved through various actions such as:
- Helping a friend, or a loved one, struggling with OCD,
- Talking about OCD and help tackle the stigma,
- Distributing leaflets,
- Getting in touch with the charities working on OCD.
